The most common reason for ads not being placed on the page is that they did not include a contact point (email address or phone number). Why offer something for sale if you don't give people a way to get hold of you?!

The second most common reason is that what was being requested or offered was not a Casio Keyboard, or closely-related item. This board is made available free of charge, thanks to the sponsorship of Keyboards Today, Talking Owner's Manuals, and we restrict it to Casio related items. Absolutely no business opportunities, get-rich quick schemes, pyramids, porn or other spam will be permitted.

The last reason is that you haven't waited long enough! We have to check each posting by hand to make sure it is relevant before adding it to the page. Although we try to put ads up within 24 hours, circumstances sometimes dictate that it may take 3 or 4 days. If you haven't seen your ad up within a week, you can try submitting again.
